Short video about the Anchor-Outs and the Struggle They Face
Anchor-Outs: A Community Sunk
A small community of people living on boats in San Francisco Bay are being forced out. The “Anchor-Outs” have had their boats seized and crushed over the past few years, leaving many of them homeless.
The efforts from local authorities to remove them are ramping up. Many of the boats and the people who call them home could likely be gone within the next few months.
I will be documenting the ongoing struggle of the Anchor-outs, but I need your help to do it.
